Parkside Preschool and Daycare in Chico

        Parkside Preschool is dedicated to making your child’s preschool experience wonderful.   We have small-group dynamics that ensures attentiveness to every step of your child’s learning experience. Parkside Preschool makes learning fun!  We have created and implemented many enrichment programs to do this.  Here are some of the enrichment programs Parkside Preschool offers: 

*Spanish Program:  We will teach your children Spanish through singing, activities, and just everyday dialogue.  The best time to learn a foreign language is during the early years when the young mind is open to language acquisition.  

*Cooking Program:  Children will be doing cooking activities weekly.  These activities will not only be fun, but will promote direction following, team work, and healthy eating.  Kids have so much fun in the kitchen with their real aprons and chef hats!  

*Park Exploration Program:  Our Preschool is located along Bidwell Park.  We will use the park for nature walks, learning about all the fascinating creators, and just exploring nature’s beauty.  

*Music and Creative Movement Program:  Music and Creative movement is a wonderful way for children to express themselves.  Children will do so through different songs and dances weekly.
